Aintree was reappointed to build a new facility for SIMX in Haliday Place, East Tamiki, within six years of building their first warehouse in 2006, indicating ‘happy repeat customers.’ SIMX purchased the land, and Aintree delivered the new building, utilizing the collective experience from their previous collaboration.
The property boasts an exceptional outlook, including excellent views from its high-spec offices and yard areas. The warehouse features a full-width mezzanine and a jointless post-tension floor, with a 10m stud warehouse. The impressive design and features of the facility demonstrate the continued success of the relationship between SIMX and Aintree.
