Like SIMX and DB Schenker Lubricants Nz re-approached Aintree to build a new facility for them on their recently purchased piece of land in Takanini.
Aintree had completed their original warehouse in 2005 and we were thrilled to be selected again.

The facility included a open plan single story office with a 10m stud warehouse behind. The warehouse floor had to be bunded to cope with any oils spills to stop any environmental issues.
A 9.7m cantilevered canopy was included for all weather unloading of product and overall we delivered to them a very functional and good looking building which maximized their land use.
